Frequently Asked Questions

How do you receive my product?

We have a couple options for that. Anyone local to our South Florida studio has the ability to drop off their products at the studio. For customers not within driving distance, upon placing your order, we will provide you with an address on where to ship the products. Once the shoot is done, we’ll ship em back.

Can I come to the studio in-person?

We do have options that provide in-person shoots and extra cost. Contact one of our representatives to learn more.

How do you deliver my content?

We will have a Trello dashboard where all your content will be delivered on. Additionally, the dashboard will allow you to comment revisions on individual pictures.

How does pricing work?

We have plans available for specific requirements, but if you want to go a step further with a custom shoot, our team will identify your requirements, and provide you a detailed quote.

Do you provide models?

Yes, we do! We have a group of models we work with, you can learn more about model shoots by speaking to a representative.

How does licensing work?

When you purchase the content, you purchase the license as well and own all rights to the images.
